Bluebird Pharmacy is a retail and wholesale pharmacy in Bahrain. Client is authorized distributor of Flamingo brand of pain management and personal care products. Ibn Al Haytham Pharmacy is an additional branch located in Busiateen, Bahrain. Faced with the limitations of legacy software, the client chose ERPNext to optimize their operations, boost employee productivity, streamline inventory management, and stay prepared for any potential changes.
The system is designed for easy scalability, allowing businesses to manage multiple stores or warehouses under one company, with the ability to hold or sell stock at each location. Inventory and valuation tracking is available per warehouse, and the system can be customized to analyze expenses, stock movements, and profits to assess profitability by location.
Batch tracking is essential for monitoring inventory movements in batches or lots. This feature helps track the expiry dates of items, reducing the risk of inventory loss by alerting users to near-expiry products for timely action, such as ensuring sales before the item expires.
The system supports both B2B and B2C sales through the Point of Sales module. B2B sales representatives can create quotations that can be converted into sales orders. The customer database stores detailed information, including multiple contact persons and delivery addresses. The accounting team can manage billing by tracking sales order status to generate tax invoices when necessary.
Designed for scalability, the system enables the management of multiple stores or warehouses. Inventory and valuation are monitored per location, while customizable reports help assess expenses, stock activity, and profitability for each warehouse or store.

An IFRS compliant accounting system having automated ledger entries thereby reducing manual entry to the lowest possible. Includes Chart of Accounts, Opening Account Balances, Taxes. Advance Payments, Budgeting, Subscription Management and more. Auto VAT calculation to build VAT reports as per local taxations laws. Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet can be drilled down per branch. Accounts Payable and Receivable reports assists in managing cash flow. Credit facilities per supplier is concise. Item valuation that includes all indirect cost derives very accurate profitability per item.
System can automate purchase order creation by default supplier or at branch level. System can notify purchase department when inventory is reaching low limit. Branches can manually raise a material request when stocks are going low. The operations team reviews the request and make material transfer if stocks are available at the central warehouse or make purchase order. Our system has a feature to merge all material requests for making one purchase order per supplier.
