1. Item Master: Client chooses the items that they want to display on Talabat. This way only relevant items data is synced leading to less data migration requirement.
2. Stock Counts: The Talabat ERPNext connector application send data showing if an item is available or not. This ensures that buyer purchases only items that are available. The feature has eradicated almost all Talabat post purchase cancellation.
3. Store/Warehouse: Client can choose from which warehouse they want to sell their product on Talabat. Each store has Talabat ID that makes sure that only stock availability is displayed per store.
4. Expiry & Batch: As most of clients are retails pharmacy it is imperative to ensure only those medicines are dispensed that have not yet expired. Our Talabat ERPNext connector application automatically remove items that have expired from data synchronization. Our ERP also ensures that any expired item is not sold by not allowing it to be added to any sales invoice. Cashier at the checkout gets a pop-up message stating that item has expired thereby it should be removed.
5. Auto Synchronization: Prior to our Talabat ERPNext connector application being deployed, our clients were manually updating the item and stock quantity. There used to be many errors due to this manual method. With our connector Item and Stock data is auto sent at a pre-defined frequency. With this method the item availability on Talabat is invariably correct.
6. Sales Tracking: All Talabat sales is tracked using our Sales and Accounting modules. Each tax invoice has its own numbering series for easy understanding of mode of sales. Further, the accounting module tracks how much cash is to be received from Talabat as the payment was collected by it from end user.
7. Reports: The Talabat ERPNext connector application auto creates a daily sales report and emails it to the business owners. This method saves time and information is received daily without fail.
