Durrat Pharmacies are a retail pharmacy and B2B pharmaceutical products company. The retail pharmacies are located in Riffa, Arad and Sanabis, Bahrain.After realizing that their legacy software was no longer effective, the client turned to ERPNext for better operational processes, increased productivity, efficient inventory tracking, and the flexibility to adapt to future changes.

With batch details, users can track inventory in batches or lots, allowing for better management of product expiry. This feature ensures that near-expiry items are flagged for timely sale, reducing inventory loss and waste.
The Point of Sales module enables sales through both B2B and B2C channels. B2B staff can create quotes and transform them into sales orders. A complete customer database stores contact and delivery location details. The accounts team can follow sales order status to generate invoices with taxes as necessary.
The system supports the management of multiple warehouses or stores under one company, tracking inventory and valuations individually for each location. It allows for comprehensive analysis of expenses, stock movements, and profits to determine profitability by site.

An IFRS compliant accounting system having automated ledger entries thereby reducing manual entry to the lowest possible. Includes Chart of Accounts, Opening Account Balances, Taxes. Advance Payments, Budgeting, Subscription Management and more. Auto VAT calculation to build VAT reports as per local taxations laws. Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet can be drilled down per branch. Accounts Payable and Receivable reports assists in managing cash flow. Credit facilities per supplier is concise. Item valuation that includes all indirect cost derives very accurate profitability per item.
System can automate purchase order creation by default supplier or at branch level. System can notify purchase department when inventory is reaching low limit. Branches can manually raise a material request when stocks are going low. The operations team reviews the request and make material transfer if stocks are available at the central warehouse or make purchase order. Our system has a feature to merge all material requests for making one purchase order per supplier.
