The Point of Sale system supports multiple stores under a single company, allowing stock to be held or sold from any location. It tracks inventory and valuation per store and can be configured to analyze expenses, stock movement, and profit & loss, providing clear insights into the profitability of each location.
Landed Cost represents the total expense of a product delivered to the buyer’s door. It includes the item’s purchase price, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and currency conversion fees. While not all components apply to every shipment, all relevant costs must be included to accurately calculate the landed cost.
SThe system enables sales through both B2B and B2C channels via the Point of Sale module. B2B staff can create quotations and convert them into sales orders, while a centralized customer database manages multiple contacts and delivery locations. The accounts team can monitor sales order progress and generate tax invoices as required, ensuring streamlined billing and accurate financial control.
The system is easily extendable to manage multiple warehouses under a single company. It allows movement of stock between each warehouse while tracking inventory and valuation per location, providing clear visibility and control over warehouse operations.

The system offers a comprehensive inventory control module that tracks stock from purchase through warehousing to sales. It supports FIFO and Moving Average valuation methods, helping prevent theft, misplacement, and incorrect asset valuation. Integrated inventory provides real-time visibility of product availability, warehouse stock levels, stock transfers, and more, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
The system provides an IFRS-compliant accounting module with automated ledger entries to minimize manual work. It includes Chart of Accounts, opening balances, tax management, advance payments, budgeting, and subscription handling. VAT is automatically calculated to generate reports in line with local tax laws. Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet can be analyzed per branch, while AP/AR reports support effective cash flow management. Detailed item valuation, including indirect costs, ensures precise per-item profitability.
The system automates purchase order creation at the branch level or by default supplier and alerts the purchase department when inventory reaches low levels. Branches can also submit manual material requests, which the operations team reviews to either transfer stock from the central warehouse or generate a purchase order. Additionally, multiple requests can be consolidated into a single purchase order per supplier for streamlined procurement.
